This service takes care of the every day routine tasks that are needed to operate, maintain, and preserve the overall appearance of your facilities. This includes, lighting, ballast, ceiling tiles and door repairs.
Service of the heating and cooling systems are checked on a daily basis as well as an extensive preventive maintenance program listed on schedule A.
This service is provided to test, operate and maintain all aspects of your alarm system, including: testing on a monthly basis, oversight of yearly testing, and ensuring repairs are made when needed.
Check and maintain all electrical services for each building as well as perform a yearly tighten up and heat trace testing and any repairs needed.
Check, operate, and repair all water services in the facility, as well as all restroom maintainance and repairs, as needed, includes all pumps, valves and fire service lines and fire pumps.
This service is provided to maintain and operate any generators on site.
Weekly no-load and monthly full–load tests on systems are performed along with a preventive maintenance program to ensure the long-life of your generator.
