and I am the president/Owner of Hassle Free Commercial Services, LLC. I have 27 years experience in the commercial engineering field. I currently hold a Maryland 1st class operating engineers licenses and a 3rd class District of Columbia licenses as well as a 1st class National engineers licenses. I was with local union #602 steam fitters union as well as local #99 operating engineers union. My company’s primary goal is to keep your commercial space in exceptional running order and to maintain your asset. Our mission is to operate your building in a way that is Hassle Free for you and your tenants.

To accomplish this goal, we employ highly skilled engineers and subcontractors who are fully licensed, bonded and insured. Our   in-house technicians will visit your space on a weekly, monthly or quarterly visit to check and complete the enclosed checklist as well as, complete necessary routine building maintenance. In addition to this service we provide a “one stop shop’ for a myriad of other services to make your commercial space Hassle Free.

2001… As Time Moved On

After more then 27 years as a licensed engineer in the commercial operations field, Randy Crocker had a feeling that he had reach a point in his career were he needed more of a challenge; one that would reward him financially and personally. While having much discussion with friends and commercial building owners who have asked many times if he would take over the operations of their properties .Randy decided to take one of the biggest steps of his career and his life.

2003…. The Launch

By the end of 2003 Randy has established several contract and was ready to begin his vision of running his own company where he would always put his clients first and the bottom line second and thus Hassle Free Commercial Services was launched. The prime concept was to provide a service that’s was heads above any other company in this field and to provide a service that Randy believed should always be given to a client. His goal was to strive to produce long term relationships with his client in a cost effective way and in a way that the attitude would always be “RELAX, We Got It”.

Today the Hassle Free Company takes care of a growing list of commercial buildings, schools and churches. True to the company founders concept that the staff of Hassle Free Commercial have the mentality of “RELAX, we got it” attitude in dealing with the everyday operations and makes its clients top priority. No project is to small-weather its picking up a piece of trash to replacing compressors on a roof in the dead of summer to the removing of snow in the cold days of winter.98% of all work is done and completed by a Hassle Free employee ,we feel no need  of using outside contractors at a higher cost unless other wise needed. This gives us and the client the piece of mind that the job is done quickly and proficiently as not to disrupt the tenant.
